JOB MISSION
Reporting to the International Retail Learning Manager, the International Retail Training Manager identifies the needs of the regional and local retail teams and provides solutions to help achieving business strategies and goals through people. The role aims at proposing, designing and delivering tailor made learning and development solutions, adapted to the needs of teams and employees of each market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Learning Programs and development solutions
· Reassess and adapt international and market(s) training offer, by ensuring that proposed and implemented solutions cover all the retail teams (i.e. Sales ambassadors, Customer service teams, back office and boutique assistant)
· Deliver International training content (through a direct or TTT sessions) by equipping local L&D and / or retail teams with the knowledge relevant to build long team client relationship and enhance sales ceremony
· Create and execute learning strategies and programs (focused on behavioral skills and emotional intelligence)
· Enhance and design current training offer by changing towards collaborative and experiential workshop based learnings / trainings and ensure its implementation in the markets
Support to International Retail and local L&D teams
· Partner with International Retail Operations team, to ensure that all proposed and implemented learning solutions support a long term retail strategy
· Support and enable local L&D local teams to drive the international and local retail learning strategies through both standard and custom made learning solutions
· Work with key stakeholders (on international and local levels) to implement relevant measures to demonstrate the value of implemented learning solutions (ROI)
· Assist in creating a learning culture in all the markets by close collaboration and engagement of the local L&D teams
· Upskill local retail trainers to enable them to run fundamental learning content locally
The role will require regular travelling across various countries and markets (50%)
JOB PROFILE
· Master's degree in Business Management with 3 to 5 years of experience in training and / or Learning & Development roles
· Proven track of delivering comprehensive behavioral learning solution (retail focus is a plus)
· Extensive experience in working in a multicultural environment
· Team and client focused
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Fluent in English
