JOB PURPOSE

 

The International Client data Project Manager contributes to the implementation of the Client data management projects within Cartier markets. As a member of the CRM BPO team, s/he acts as a business interface between Cartier CRM Key users and CRM BPO. As a member of the Client data & knowledge team, s/he will contribute to the evolution of Client data management (collection, quality…) in contact with Cartier Client data managers. S/he will ensure that business needs are anticipated and integrated in the system.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Participate in Roll Out projects

·  Follow-up on enhancements and local IT solutions to ensure template consistency for Cartier
·  Act as a coordinator between local technology teams and local Cartier CRM Key users during Trainings and Tests to ensure operational efficiency
·  Promote change management, and support implementation of new processes

 

Coordinate System Releases

·  Collect and challenge enhancement requests from local Cartier CRM Key users
·  Ensure coordination and follow-up of test execution phase (What will have to be tested, how, by whom, what are the tests results)
·  Ensure communication to Cartier CRM Key users about content of the releases or maintenance cycles, process and procedures changes

 

Coordinate training and ensure accuracy of documentation

·  Propose training plans for Cartier CRM key users
·  Ensure coordination with Regional L2 team and Key Users for organization of training session

 

On the run support

·  Support Cartier CRM Key Users for all issues related to CRM tools
·  Collect all feedbacks during trainings and tests sessions, with a view to improving the solution
·  Participate in animation of Cartier CRM key users community

 

Participate in client data projects

·  Participate in data management projects such as Clients 360° view, Clienteling, Data collection, Data quality, Marketing automation
·  Coordinate with business and functional teams to help define local needs and developments
·  Participate in projects within Cartier Client data & knowledge teams

 

JOB PROFILE

·  Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field with a proven 3 years’ experience in data management of analysis with International exposure, in Marketing, Client or Communication Analytical, organizational and synthesis skills
·  Knowledge of "Client" and/or "CRM" strategy and ambition in an international retail environment is a strong asset
·  Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
·  Strong international project management skills
·  Fluent in English and French
·  An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
·  Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
·  Ability to interact with a wide variety of people
·  Fluent in English and French
·  Client & Service Oriented
·  Flexibility and independent working style
·  Expertise in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
