Job description

To support our Partnerships & Sponsoring Team we are looking for an

INTERN GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS (100%)

Duration : 6 months

Start : Mid-April 2025

In this role, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to activating prestigious partnerships, including Formula One and Dunhill Links, in collaboration with our global colleagues. Throughout your internship, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience while actively contributing to the planning and execution of high-level partnership activations.

 

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

· 
Assist in the planning and execution of activations and brand experiences.

· 
Facilitate communication with key internal and external stakeholders for comprehensive 360° activations.

· 
Provide administrative support to the partnerships team, including managing meetings, taking minutes, processing invoices, addressing compliance issues, and scheduling.

· 
Take independent responsibility for specific areas, such as watch orders and shipping, managing partnership materials, and liaising with partners.

· 
Actively participate in global events and partnership activations throughout the year, including on-site support and execution.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

· 
Education in marketing/communication or similar, first professional experience in a relevant area with strong organisational skills is a plus.

· 
Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure reliably.

· 
Great attention to detail and understanding of luxury.

· 
Fluent in English (with excellent written and verbal communication) is a must, German and other languages are an advantage.
