Head of HR Industry and Manufacturing F&A

Under the leadership of the F&A Industrial Director Italy and the Group Operations HRD and working closely with the Country HRD Italy, you will support the Group in establishing a strong and secure people strategy for our Industrial F&A teams located in the country.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an HR Business Partner , you will:
• Oversee various aspects of HR within an industrial and manufacturing setting
• Ensure business and teams ‘proximity by establishing trustful relationships
• Work closely with Industrial Director and its leadership team to build the right people strategy and culture ensuring full alignment with business priorities
• Provide advice and coaching to Managers and Employees on HR related matters
• Along with Managers and with the support of our HR Controlling team, you will ensure strong budget allocations , latest estimates and accruals of staff costs and benefits plans
• Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance and Talent reviews
• Manage the Compensation Review process in accordance with the allocated budget and Group rewards philosophy
• Facilitate recruitment strategy, ensuring the Talent Acquisition process reflects our values and guiding principles. Partner with hiring managers and our talent acquisition teams to ensure we attract and hire perfectly fitted candidates whose talent, competencies and experience supports the business needs
• Support People Development across the organization together with our Managers and our L&D manager, and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards
• Drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
• Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
As an HR colleague , you will:
• Support functionally the HR teams of our various manufactures in Italy
• Work closely with the key HR stakeholders being Country HRD, Group Operations HRD and our Maisons Industrial HR Community
• Ensure full alignment with the various Group HR processes and policies ensuring consistency and compliance with Group and country guidelines
• Support the evolution of our Group HR strategy ensuring the F&A Industrial needs are well taken care off and properly addressed
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
Strong experience in HR business partner roles in an industrial environment in Italy
Experience in a Fashion industry would be a strong plus
Change management, organisational design and workforce planning are essential
Italian and English fluent, knowledge of French would be an advantage

Part of the Group HR team, you will work closely with HR colleagues in various countries and with different business expertise beyond F&A.
Role based in Florence or Milan.
