Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Corporate Security team.

The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the Head of HSE and managing projects related to HSE, ESG, and Commercial/Cultural events.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to develop their project management skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

 

·  Manage projects related to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
·  Support sustainability projects, contributing to Cartier's commitment to environmental responsibility.
·  Manage event resilience from start to finish, including budget management and cost control, risk assessment and mitigation, stakeholder management and communication and creation and implementation of comprehensive concepts.
·  Project management during audits, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
·  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
·  Contribute to a transversal and supportive team environment, assisting colleagues as needed.
·  Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions.
·  Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  You have a proven experience in project management.
·  You possess strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
·  You have experience with change management principles and practices.
·  You are fully familiar and able to get the most out of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project).
·  You are fluent in English and in French.
·  You possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
·  You are able to work as part of a team.
·  You have strong organizational and time management skills.
·  You are detail-oriented with a focus in accuracy.
·  You are able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
