We recruit

The Analyst will be part of and will assist the Group Real Estate team in the Group Maisons retail development and the leasing strategies on a global perimeter through analysis and the monitoring of the Group real estate portfolio. The role includes, but not limited to, all the Maisons and all the different operations, whether it is retail, office, warehouse...

He/She will be a key interlocutor with Headquarter Maisons sales departments and with the local Real Estate teams in the different regions.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Group Real Estate to monitor the activity

·  With the finance team he/she will manage sales and profitability of the current network and work on P&L simulations to put in place Real Estate actions plan in order to keep a sustainable profitability and sales growth in specific regions.
·  Monitored relevant KPIs to communicate to Richemont management.
·  He/she will be the main interlocutor for drafting the Investment Committee report.

Documentation & Data maintenance

·  Develop & maintain the different reporting documentation up to date.
·  Maintain the existing database and provide the support to the key users.
·  Develop new dashboards in order to regroup under one single document all of the leases information with key figures.

 Competitor’s information

·  Develop, maintain and communicate market views for specific cities.
·  Develop real estate earnings growth (occupancy and rental growth) models based on econometrics.
·  Measures to forecast market level fundamentals worldwide.

Your Profile

·  Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or Economics
·  3-5 years’ experience in finance linked to retail environment.
·  Native English speaker preferred
·  Proven stakeholder coordination & strong communication skills (written & verbal)
·  Extensive experience of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP is a plus.
·  Ability to manage, manipulate and analyze raw data, and draw conclusions to findings
