Join the Future Talent Assessment Day

During this in-person event, you will get the chance to meet business leaders, visit two of our boutiques, and work on a business case and final presentation, with the objective to connect with the Richemont world, and enter our Future Talent pool of candidates.
Due to organizational constraints, there are 12 spots available for this in-person event.
Objective of the day:
Introduce yourself and get to know Richemont Italy from a unique and close point of view - spending a full day in Villa Mozart with us!
The desired outcome will be to add the participants to talent pools for the most frequent internships we have: HR, Marketing and Finance.
How will you make an impact? During this one day experience you will:
· Learn about Richemont Italy and two of our Maisons, directly from our business leaders
· Absorbe the information with a critical mindset, able to highlight strengths and propose improvements to one of our strategic process. This will see you using your listening and analytical skills, as well as your continuous improvement mindset
· Work on a SWOT analysis to reflect and organize your ideas
· Structure and deliver a presentation with your peers, to ensure all get the chance to speak and express their point of view
· Ask any questions you may have to our experienced business leaders
How will you experience success with us?
We are aiming to recruit based on skills, not on the traditional luxury CV, so we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
You will:
· Be currently enrolled in University, or you will have graduated less than 12 months ago
· Have a strong interest in understanding how a luxury business works
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with proven skills in creating and delivering presentations
· Be confident on data analysis, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
· Possesses excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an innovative mindset
· Be fluent in Italian and English
· Be available to start a full time 6 months internship in 2025, with the flexibility to continue your internship journey for up to 1 year
