Ability to multitask and remain organized with multiple projects. Strong computer skills, excellent communication and verbal skills are essential. SAP knowledge and the ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of all events, training sessions, meetings, corporate visits, onboarding agendas, boutique maintenance and internal communications. The ideal candidate will excel in managing logistics and ensuring that each event runs according to schedule. This role is based out of New York.
In this role, you will:
· Coordinate and oversee all aspects of events, training programs, meetings, corporate visits, and onboarding sessions, creating detailed "run of show" timelines to ensure adherence to schedules.
· Facilitate logistics for deliveries and pickups with external vendors, maintaining effective communication with our corporate partners, internal team members and events department
· Provide support to clients visiting from local and international regions and ensuring the VIP appointments meet Van Cleef Arpels client experience standards.
· Facilitate all internal communications and maintain team calendars to facilitate effective planning and coordination.
· Facilitate all client experience tools, resources and enchantments to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
· Develop and execute annual plans for team engagement, team building, sustainability and activities to promote positive moral and spirit.
· Maintain consumable budgets for hosting initiatives and food and beverage supplies for both clients and internal teams.
· Liaise with external staff, including housekeeping, catering, consultants, security and store maintenance to ensure boutique is up to standards and codes
· Uphold exceptional standards for guest experience and maintain a professional back-of-house & front of house environment.
· Facilitate effective information sharing among teams to ensure everyone is informed and aligned an all events and initiatives from corporate & retail

Expected Salary Range- $28.85 - $33.65/ hourly
