Finance Operations Intern - 6 Months

Job description
Key Responsibilities
· Supporting RFBO for filing of Retail files and folders,
· Communicating and planning of Iron Mountain deliveries,
· Calculating and sharing turnover monthly,
· Performing deposit reconciliation with the BTQs,
· Monthly reporting of discount, gratuity, cash, deposits and consignment reports,
· Tracking of Exchanges&Returns and control of their approvals,
· AML screening,
· Filing and tracking of signed boutique forms,
· Following the brand and Richemont procedures,
Key Requirements
Education
· Finance Undergraduate
Technical skills / abilities
· Good computer skills, including Excel, Word
Personal skills / qualities
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Effective communication skills
· Proactive with time-management and organizational skills (ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks)
