Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

2 years contract

 

As an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) for our Functions, you will support the Richemont Northern Europe MD/CFO and the Regional Functions ExCo in establishing and monitoring the Regional Functions initiative portfolio. You will also lead the execution of several projects within this portfolio.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

- Establish and monitor project portfolio for regional functions based on agreed success criteria (timings, budget, resources). Establish rigor in the follow-up on project execution.

- Boutique network expansion projects: Coordinate with regional functions leaders and project contributors in the execution of boutique network expansion projects.

o Act as liaison between regional functions and Maison project management.

o Ensure discipline in application of boutique opening task sharepoint.

o Identify improvement opportunities and continuous improvement of tools.

o Ensure project milestones are delivered in quality. Escalate issues to regional functions ExCo and drive resolution. Act

- Conduct market research and consolidate know-how across Maisons and Functions (ie competition analysis) to support local Richemont and Maison management in understanding relevant external and industry dynamics.

- Lead execution of projects in the area organization improvement, compliance, …

- Support MD/CFO in business topics

o Prepare monthly progress updates for local and regional management

o Contribute to presentations / updates for senior management

o Contribute to event planning and execution

o Project support

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

- Bachelor / Master in Business Administration / Management

- Minimum 3 years of work experience

- Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel / PPT

- Excellent communication organization skills

- Good team player and stakeholder management

- Fluent in German and English

- Proactive and client-oriented approach

- Able to navigate in ambiguous settings
