Be part of an exciting journey, supporting Richemont International SA (RISA) Finance team, based in Fribourg, in our transformation into an ESG objectives driven company.
As part of the RISA Finance management team, you will integrate, coordinate and drive ESG non-financial reporting and bring new ways of working within the organization.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· Participate to Group Non-financial reporting, overseeing planning and execution of data collection at RISA entity, in alignment with applicable reporting standards and internal requirements defined by Group Sustainability
· Identify and shape entity specific KPIs and monitoring needs including processes, tools and resources within the Group Sustainability Framework. Report on a consistent basis, to various stakeholders, including RISA Finance Director
· Coordinate quarterly cut-offs, data collection, validation, and analysis across Maison Entities and functions to contribute to accurate and complete Group Non-Financial reports
· Act as a key point of contact, at entity level, for communication and coordination with Group and various stakeholders
· Support teams ESG knowledge ramp-up and new process adoption through regular updates and training
· Be the key contact of external and internal auditors for entity ESG related examinations. Ensure a proactive follow-up of improvement recommendations by defining adequate action plans and monitoring proper implementation.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· You hold a Master in finance or equivalent
· You have significant audit experience in ESG non-financial reporting
· You have 5-8 years of finance project management and related experience
· You are solution oriented and succeed to meet deadlines with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· You have a recognized experience working with SAP ECC6 or SAC
· You are curious, a demonstrated self-starter with leadership skills
· You have a strategic mindset, capable of presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders
· You are fluent in English and French, any other language is a plus
