Ecommerce Manager

Job description
How will you make an impact? You will:
· Lead and execute a comprehensive E-commerce strategy that aligns with global brand goals and Sales Objectives driving growth across the region.
· Own and manage the digital P&L, identifying drivers of revenue, profitability, customer growth and KPI expansion.
· Develop and manage the channel financial plan, including sales targets and investment planning in alignment with Sales Director.
· Partner with Finance team to update in-season forecasts, track performance to budget and identify risks and opportunities throughout the fiscal year.
· Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to ensure assortment mix and inventory availability meets the needs of regional consumers, to achieve growth ambitions.
· Act as the voice of the international consumer, influencing the prioritization of platform features, integrations, and capabilities.
· Collaborate closely with the US-based digital leadership team to shape the roadmap in support of local needs.
· Establish a scalable approach to regional expansion — defining criteria such as consumer demand, operational readiness, marketing support, and technology capability.
· Recommend and evaluate technology partners and platforms to support sustainable growth.
· Deliver an exceptional online shopping experience by optimizing UX, merchandising, content, and conversion strategies in collaboration and supervision of website provider and agencies
· Utilize analytics to track performance, customer behaviour, and marketing effectiveness in order to develop periodical report and identify all necessary corrective actions
· Partner with Sales Director to implement merchandising strategies and site improvements tailored to customer behaviour.
· Ensure media, SEO, content, and marketing strategies are optimized and timely executed in accordance with Marketing Director and Sales Director
· Ensure product lifecycle and promotional strategies are relevant and effective in each market in alignment with Sales director
· Collaborate with Omnichannel Manager and other Sales channel managers to drive CRM campaign and other clienteling activities through the website
· Track and report on KPIs, channel performance, and customer behaviour to inform ongoing strategy.
How will you experience success with us?
· Strong experience leading digital commerce operations: analytics tools, and third-party tech stacks (payments, translation, tax, personalization)
· Proven success driving eCommerce growth with strong commercial acumen and ownership of eCommerce P&L.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
· Able to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
· Passion for customer experience, brand storytelling, and innovation in the DTC space.
· Fluent in Italian and English
