Dunhill Inventory Controller/Outlet Merchandising Specialist/Merchandiser

Job description
MAIN PURPOSE
The position is responsible for managing inventory control across all channels and overseeing all merchandising related tasks for the outlet business. In order to achieve sales and sell through target she/he is required to be in charge of the comprehensive inventory management and daily outlet merchandising activities with numeric analytical skills together with deep knowledge of the inventory control / merchandising planning on fashion business. Moreover, she/he is expected to demonstrate proactive and innovative actions for further growth of the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Control inventory level by allocating and consolidating merchandise to stores / events in a timely manner to achieve sales target by co-working working with RTW / LG Merchandising Managers and the other relevant departments.
· Monitor overall inventory level by category, and implement necessary actions.
· Build relationships with HQ to align on short-term & log-term inventory strategies, and implementing the insightful actions accordingly.
· Support Merchandising Managers when forecasting AWS of carry-over items by SKU in quarterly basis on full price business.
· Be fully responsible for merchandising management for Outlet channel, and drive the business by closely working with retail area managers, visual merchandisers and other relevant departments to reach sales target.
· Manage the inventory distribution for family sale co-working with wholesale team.
· Take actions based upon strategic ideas to accomplish sales budget and sell through target, influencing other functions/ departments /stores to achieve goals.
· Give feedback to GM with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
· Distribute weekly report for Outlet and other ad-hoc report related to merchandising subjects
