Data Analyst
Your mission
Within our Operations, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining analytics reports to facilitate decision making for the department, and ensure data integrity and quality. This role is key to using data to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
In a context of a WW Data Transformation project, your role will be instrumental to drive the change.
How will you make an impact ?
· Collaborate with Operations teams to gather and analyze data on R&D, finances, production, supply chain & sales.
· Take a role in a WW Data Transformation Program to identify areas of development, support end user training approach and drive change.
· Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of inefficiencies.
· Maintain established portfolio of data-driven solutions to optimize Operations processes.
· Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders across different departments.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.
How will you experience success
· Master degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field
· Proven previous experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Power BI and Python
· SQL knowledge is a must, previous experience with Google Cloud ecosystem is a plus
· Experience in a Data Transformation project
· Strong understanding of statistical analysis concepts
· Microsoft office expert, especially Excel
· Advanced English
· Analytical & synthetic mindset
· Autonomous, results-driven, rigorous and proactive
· At ease in changing and evolving contexts
· You have strong communication skills and are able to work with multiple stakeholders and teams
