Cyber Awareness Specialist

 

CONTEXT

The Cyber Awareness Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering a strong security culture across Richemont's 50,000 users worldwide. Reporting to the Security Culture Lead, he/she will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing initiatives to enhance cyber security awareness and promote best practices. This includes managing phishing simulations, developing engaging learning materials, delivering on-site awareness sessions, and supporting the development of the annual cyber awareness campaign, tailoring content to different audiences and roles within the organization. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and transversal leadership skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from the Security Culture and Cyber Resilience teams, as well as with SMEs from the Maisons and Regions. 

This role will contribute to achieving the Group Security Vision “Security is everybody’s responsibility” by putting the end-user at the center of our strategy and relying on them as a key element in the Group’s protection. 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

·  Phishing simulation management : Plan, execute, and analyze phishing simulations to assess user vulnerability and identify areas for improvement
·  Learning material development : Create engaging and informative learning materials, including presentations, videos, infographics, and interactive modules, to educate users on cyber security best practices
·  Awareness session delivery : Organize and deliver on-site and online cyber awareness sessions to various audiences across the organization, tailoring content to specific needs and roles
·  Campaign support : Support the development and execution of the annual cyber awareness campaign, contributing creative ideas and ensuring consistent messaging
·  Training program development : Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity training and awareness program that includes in-person and online training, community engagement and other awareness campaigns for specific populations (Offices, Manufacture, Boutiques, Customer Centers)
·  Risk identification : Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize the most critical cybersecurity risks and develop targeted training and awareness initiatives to address them
·  KPI definition and implementation : Identify and implement KPIs that will allow to assess the effectiveness of the cybersecurity training and awareness program
·  Continuous improvement : Continuously improve the training and awareness program according to the defined metrics
·  Alignment with security strategy : Collaborate with the Security Culture team to ensure that the training and awareness program is aligned with the overall Security Culture strategy and objectives

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Education, IT Security) or equivalent experience
·  3+ years of experience in cyber security awareness, training, or communications
·  Strong understanding of cyber security principles and best practices
·  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
·  Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels within the organization
·  Autonomous, proactive, creative, with a strong aptitude for self-learning
·  Strong project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
·  Experience in developing and delivering engaging training materials
·  Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus
·  Fluency in English, and at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian
·  Knowledge of Mandarin, Korean, Japanese is a plus
