This role operates in a luxury goods distribution environment providing customer service to a multi-channel network, including retail, wholesale and ecommerce.  Distribution modes of transit are via small parcel carriers, armored and white glove services.  Candidate should expect to collaborate with customer service and operational teams throughout Richemont network.  Our ambition is to adapt logistics and operations to evolving business needs.

PRIMARY DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Provide support to any entity within RNA in executing transportation solutions as well as interface with Carriers and other vendors.
·  Manage group transportation mailbox to communicate with different customer service teams.   Provide timely responses to questions and take action to coordinate transportation needs.
·  Assess, recommend, and take total ownership to organize and schedule special transportation needs for non-standard requests such as traveling product shows and boutique openings to meet the needs of the customer.
·  Utilize internal Microsoft Access database to monitor and track all outbound small parcel shipments from Grand Prairie and Fort Worth ship origins.  Provide communication to customer service regarding shipment exceptions and take necessary actions to resolve.
·  Ownership of administering freight claims process including the initial filing of documents, gathering of additional supporting documents, update internal Microsoft Access database and continued follow-up coordination with carriers until final resolution. 
·  Responsible for the hazardous materials training program within the RNA Network.  This includes; scheduling training for various internal RNA staff, maintain accurate records of certified employees, and providing hazardous goods shipping materials to RNA sites.  Maintain communication with third party vendor regarding the status of certified employees at each RNA site.
·  Provide proof of delivery information to other internal departments.  Work directly with operations team to identify root cause and mitigate reoccurrence of customer routing guide violations.
·  Create and continuously maintain up-to-date work instructions for all tasks relating to transportation department responsibilities.
·  Responsible for filing daily transportation records in accordance with federal regulations and RNA guidelines.

Education :

·  HS diploma required, additional college preferred or 2 years relevant experience

Technical Skills/Abilities:

·  PC literate
·  Advance user of MS suite
·  SAP knowledge is a plus
