YOUR MISSION:Administer the Platform’s external relationships for repairs and spare parts: B2B contacts (internal and external Boutiques, authorized and non auth. Retailers); Customer Relationship Center (CRC)
Central Brands; Local Brands representatives
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Administer the Platform’s external relationships for repairs and spare parts, including B2B contacts with internal and external Boutiques, authorized and non-authorized Retailers, Customer Relationship Center (CRC), Central Brands, and Local Brands representatives.
- Provide detailed product and service information and address complex customer inquiries effectively.
- Record and process custom and special orders, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle advanced issue escalations promptly, providing managerial approvals when necessary.
- Initiate contact with allocated customers via telephone or in person to foster new relationships and act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Schedule follow-up actions and accurately enter information into the CRM system after each customer interaction to maintain quality data for customer retention and business development.
- Conduct customer interviews using a complex multilevel sales script to clarify requirements and assist in gathering detailed client information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage continued use of the organization's products and services.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure compliance in all activities.
- Seek authorization from supervisors or managers for any deviations from mandatory procedures.
- Enhance personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Possess post-secondary non-tertiary education and be an experienced practitioner capable of working independently with very limited managerial experience.
