MAIN PURPOSE
A unique opportunity to gain a 360° view of luxury retail operations and develop boutique and people management skills. The Commercial Trainee will support Retail Operations projects, ensure smooth boutique operations, and build strong stakeholder connections, requiring teamwork, resilience, creativity, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Project Support
· Support Retail Operations Manager on commercial & operations projects to enhance sales, operations, stock management, and client experience.
· Assist delivering the Retail Operations project roadmap for both local and HQ level
· Build impactful project presentations for communication and ensure effective tracking of project progress.
· Established connections and develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to help drive the success of commercial & operations project.
Retail Operations
· Work hand in hand with Retail Operations Manager to ensure operations run effectively and efficiently and ensure all compliances are being adopted across all boutiques.
· Support Retail Operations Manager in connecting with all stakeholders in Cartier and Richemont, to ensure operational standards and guidelines are being executed according to Maison’s compliances.
· Support Retail Operations Manager and Supply and Demand team to effectively manage boutique inventory
Retail Support
· Work hand in hand with Senior Commercial Executive to monitor sales tools and sales accessories, ensuring all ordering and remaining POSM inventory are healthy across internal and external boutiques.
· Support boutique inventory management, including consumables, and hospitality items (water, tea, champagne, chocolate).
· Engage with assigned external vendors, to follow up and monitor boutique operation supplies providers and special project orders are delivered on time.
· Actively collaborate with boutique support team to gather feedback regarding all sales tools, inventory management, and clients’ consumable orders.
· Work flexibly across different tasks to ensure operational needs are met on time.
Special Commercial Project
· Lead and localize MyAtlas projects by designing content suited to the market, setting deliverable timelines, and creatively shaping the published look and feel.
· Collaborate with boutique and office teams to develop, proofread, and publish content in both English and Thai, ensuring alignment with corporate commercial and marketing directions.
· Drive adoption and act as MyAtlas ambassador, serving as the main contact for HQ and boutiques while ensuring usage rates meet expected targets.

· Passion in luxury retail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
