Chloe – Stock Controller Selfridges

(Permanent Full-Time)

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As an integral member of Chloe team in Selfridges, you are responsible for working closely alongside the Boutique Manager, to ensure seamless operations and accurate stock management. A primary focus for this position will involve receiving and organising high volume deliveries, optimising the storage areas within the concession for current and past collections as well as monitoring the packing supplies and scheduling regular cycle counts.

Working within such a dynamic and fast paced environment, it will be important to maintain a high level of accuracy and eliminate any stock discrepancies. You will be expected to take an active role in drawing up inventories, analysing stock levels and communicating key information to the retail and operations teams.

You will play a substantial part in contributing to a seamless customer experience within the concession; ensuring our retail teams have access to sufficient stock for past and present collections in addition to arranging all transfers within theChloé DOS.

We require individuals who are passionate and curious about our maison; reflecting the Chloe attitude and acting as a brand ambassador every day. You will be expected to become an expert in your field – setting a high standard of stock integrity for the rest of the team and promoting a ‘lead by example’ approach to stock management.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You will portray a clear attitude of ownership over the stock management of our concession and display a constant effort to keep discrepancies to a minimum. Having a strong attention to detail will enable you to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

We are seeking someone with a proactive and energetic attitude; committed to driving efficiency and promoting new ways of working that benefit the entire Chloe team.

It is important for this individual to have previous stock controller experience within Selfridges and thrive within a dynamic department store environment. Prior knowledge of the SAP system is essential for this role.
