How will you make an impact?
· You will build reliable succession pipelines that support the growth and development of the business and contribute to the development of talent pools (internal) or external acquired talent
· You will design and implement HR initiatives for the designated Maisons, ensuring they are aligned with the business and operational/strategic goals.
· You will support and coach line managers within the designated business area on all aspects of People Management ensuring that high quality, appropriate advice is given, encouraging line managers to take ownership of their people matters, developing confidence in people management.
· You will ensure all Employee Relations matters are handled effectively with minimal risk to the business. Ensure all advice and guidance offered is compliant with local employment legislation and Company policies and procedures, with consideration of the commercial needs of the business.
· You will support the execution of Global HR programmes and processes including performance management, talent review, annual pay review, recruitment initiatives, mobility programmes etc.
· You will utilise and interpret data (business and HR KPIs) to inform decision-making and to build strategic action plan.
· You will drive Operational excellence on HR Operations in all touch points of the employee life cycle, from Recruitment to On-boarding/Off-boarding, etc.
How will you experience success with us?
· Track record in generalist HR role, preferably in a Luxury industry or FMCG organisation
· University degree and CIPD qualification or equivalent
· Experience of business partnering and shared services models
· Comfortable with matrix management structures
· Change management and ability to engage people in change
· Project management experience across multiple teams
· UK employment law knowledge
· Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different situations and styles, ability to build credible relationships at all levels
· Customer focused and commercially aware, able to manage ambiguity and achieve results
· Strong coaching, facilitating and influencing skills
· Able to utilize and interpret business and HR data to inform decision-making
· Resilient, calm, objective, driven, flexible

You will be sitting with 5 other HRBPs, looking after the portfolio of Richemont maisons present in the UK. This will allow you to share successes and best practices with a friendly and competent team of peers.
