WE RECRUIT

 

Your main missions consist of providing daily local support (technical & functional – EWM & WM environments) to Key Users within the Regional EAS Competence Center of Fribourg.

Upon request of the Global EAS, you may also participate in any phase of a rollout project.

You will also act as a facilitator to optimize interactions between Regional Business and the Global EAS

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

In this capacity, you will fulfill support functions such as:

•             Resolve incidents reported by Key-Users in accordance with SLA guidelines

•             Execute standard requests reported by Key-Users

•             Support Key-Users on technical and functional questions

•             Coordinate incident resolution with Global EAS (problems management) and other IT teams

•             Communicate on incident resolution to Key-Users and regional Key-Users

•             Check daily job runs pertaining to the regional level and take necessary action when needed

•             Coordinate maintenance cycle tests of fortnightly transports to production

•             Maintain/enrich the level 2 support knowledge base in our ticketing tool

•             Train Key-Users lacking competencies

Besides, you will also contribute to releases management:

•             Support L3 by providing first analysis of the business requirements in terms of possible solutions

•             Support the Business and the WIKI team in checking the overall consistency and quality of user documentation

•             Support regional Key-Users for Key-Users training on new or changed procedures

•             Coordinate and support non regression tests

 

You may participate in various phases of the Richemont template roll-outs:

•             Participate in Gap analysis between as-is and the targeted organization

•             Support Business in Detailed Requirements writing (Business Requirement template)

•             Take responsibility in customizing and testing phases (under control of level 3)

 

YOUR PROFILE

·  You graduated in Business Administration, or Business Information Systems Management.
·  You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in SAP EWM/WM as a consultant (significant skills in EWM are clearly a must ),  as well as a working knowledge of integration points with SD and MM.
·  As our logistic solution is complex, technical skills such as ABAP debugging, interfaces monitoring/troubleshooting, trace management are more than welcome.  
·  You have a strong support experience and ideally have gone through 2 or 3 SAP full-cycle implementations.
·  You are fluent in French and English.
·  You are willing to travel on a regular basis (regular trips to Versoix). On request of Global EAS, trips to project platforms are possible, if our help is requested in other regions.
