 KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·           Key responsibility 1: Financial Planning for a selection of Maisons

§  Coordinate the overall budgeting and weekly/monthly forecasting process according to guidelines from Maison HQ and Group Finance

§  Prepare the annual budget and quarterly landing estimates according to management’s business assumptions

§  Support in preparing the strategic business plan as part of the annual budgeting process

§  Assist the Maisons management in compiling the budget presentation to Maison HQ, as and when required

·           Key responsibility 2 Business Support

§  Provide financial support on business decisions especially on new investments, new structures and new business deals, highlighting potential risks and opportunities for Maison management to make informed decisions

§  Identify areas for cost savings and assist Maison management in looking for efficiency improvement in operations

 

·           Key responsibility 3 : Performance Reporting and Analysis

§  Prepare monthly management reports for local Maison management, Maison Headquarters, and the Richemont Group

§  Provide monthly financial comments and analysis on Maison performance and highlight variances to budget

§  Develop the performance management system to facilitate the measurement of each Maison’s performance

§  Provide active feedback to Maison/Finance management in areas where control is required

 

·           Key responsibility 4 Other responsibilities

§  As a key member of the Richemont Finance team, support and build the internal control culture and environment in the Maison

§  Work closely with the Financial Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate submission of Maison’s result

§  Assist in identifying and supporting the finance process improvement

§  Actively support the implementation of and Compliance with all relevant Company Policies and Procedures and IAS Standards

§  Participate in various cross-functional projects, e.g. Transfer Price setting, SAP ERP

 

JOB PROFILE 

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar discipline

 

Experience:

At least 5 Years of working experience in a multinational corporate environment with matrix structure with at least 3 years of relevant FP&A work experience

 

Skills required:

·        Strong strategic, financial planning and business analysis experience

·        Business acumen and solutions orientated

·        Oral and written English and Mandarin a must

·        Advance user of SAP / MS Excel / Powerpoint
