Purdey – Boutique Supervisor
(Permanent, Full-Time)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The supervisor's contribution is vital to the store's prosperity. Your role encompasses driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the operational aspect of the store. The supervisor will support and optimize all store operations, including front- and back-of-house activities, and assist the sales team with training to improve sales performance and create elevated shopping experiences.
Key responsibilities:
Leadership
· Support the Boutique Manager in the efficient running of the boutique
· Supervise and motivate the team members
· Delegate with confidence and monitor tasks
· Coach and give training to the team
· Analyse Sales reports and contribute to action plans
Sales and clientelling
· Achieve personal monthly / yearly sales targets and all KPIs set
· Display excellent selling skills, efficient at closing and maximising every sale
· Flexible to cross-sell and upsell, demonstrating excellent product and range knowledge to drive sales growth
· Able to sell in both fast pace and slow extremes
· Deliver the ultimate client experience and build client relationships
· Being CRM focused to increase client database and loyalty (foster and maintain client relationships, after sales support and diligent purchase follow up)
· CRM - collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences.
Other
· Be a brand ambassador and a style expert by keeping up with life style trends and competitors
· Attention to detail with boutique presentation
· Taking care of cash desk and cashier duties
· Key holder
· You may be required to perform other duties within your capacities and which your managers may reasonably require
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
· Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
· General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
· Ability to lift and move props & stock
· Effective time management and able to priorities work load and tasks
· Enthusiastic and outgoing
· Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
· Self-confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude at all times
· Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
· Strong attention to detail
· Flexible can embrace and manage change
· Collaborative approach able to work across teams
