YOU ARE
Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as involved in a full range of activities at Richemont & our Maison’s.
You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.
COST CONTROL INTERN, CARTIER NORTH AMERICA
The cost control intern will manage financial tasks associated with boutique and specialist projects in North America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for coordinating and executing all vendor contracts.
· Manages cost control aspects including vendor onboarding, capex and opex budget forecasting and tracking, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow up, change order compliance, cash-out forecasting, close out and TA collection.
· Interface with contractors and vendors requesting information or clarification related to invoices and change orders
· Identify cost variances to approved budget by working with closely with PMs to monitor and alert the Risk.
YOUR PROFILE
· Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of applications
· Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others to achieve success
· Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
· Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
· Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships
· Must be age 18 or older to participate
· Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 2nd - August 8th)

Salary: $20-25/hourly
