The Boutique Assistant supports the sales team to provide an exceptional experience to clients, with the ability to combine both client-facing and back office activities with agility and grace. This role embodies and represents the Maison’s values at the highest standards.
Advising, selling & clienteling…
Assist Sales Associates during presentations (welcome clients, serve the drinks, bring products…)
Prepare & wrap the products
Process the sales (prepare product related documents, follow payment procedures…)
Support sales team in their daily clienteling activities (gift card preparation, purchase of small client gifts…)
Showcase maison identity & expertise…
Follow Brand visual identity guidelines (VM, day-to-day maintenance)
Provide support for event organization
Have knowledge on High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking
Customer service…
Assist Sales Associates during CS
Perform CS activities allowed in the boutique when needed
Prepare & wrap the products
Process the sales when needed
Customer experience & in-store journey…
Support Sales Associates in CP preparation
Review and set-up the workspace
Check daily the cleaning of counters, displays, and windows
Operations…
Review and set-up back-office sales tools
Contribute to operational tasks
Monitor supply stock (consumables, drinks, stationary, etc.)
Be aware of products in stock
Build operational knowledge on all digital tools (tablet, iPad, iPhone…)
Comply with Maison’s policies & commercial rules
Abide by procedures
