YOUR MISSION:
Contribute to the logistics performance and day to day delivery specialized in a specific logistics process and/or system.
Manage diverse tools/systems, might integrate supervision and/or planning of others activity, this level requires capabilities to analyse situations and manage solutions

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Contribute to the logistics performance and day-to-day delivery, specializing in specific logistics processes and systems.
- Manage diverse tools and systems, integrating supervision and planning of others' activities.
- Execute planning activities within a defined framework/system in a low complexity supply chain, primarily affecting the own organization/unit.
- Conduct supplier management activities to support others or fulfill role requirements.
- Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats, working independently.
- Interpret data and identify possible solutions, navigating various processes, procedures, and precedents.
- Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes, implementing corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Review existing operations in the area of work, generating new ideas to identify continuous improvements.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure adherence to standards, obtaining authorization for any exceptions.
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues and improving processes.
- Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates to achieve expectations within established timelines.
- Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Possess short-cycle tertiary education and sound experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
- Demonstrate basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
