Assistant Boutique Manager

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in the day to day operations of the boutique with a focus of motivating and directing the team to provide exceptional service to grow and optimize the boutique’s performance
Motivate and support the Boutique Team to reach revenue and sales KPIs
· Assist the Boutique Manager with business planning and goal achievements: Sales monitoring and strategy, KPI action plan, Activation calendar
· Set the tone for Exceptional Customer Service
· Support the team as needed on the selling floor with presentations, service issues, hospitality
· Support the Boutique Manager to achieve and exceed all KPI’s goals and compliance
Support to Manage and Ensure the Proper Operations of the Boutique
· Adhere to the Policies, Procedures and KPIs administered by Jaeger-Lecoultre
· Responsible for Boutique operational tasks (Inventory management, product intake/transfer, invoice management…)
· Provide support for the Watchmaker and the weekly Watchmaking classes
· Help to supervise the safety and wellbeing of the team, clients and product by following all RNA safety and security guidelines
· Follow all Finance guidelines in accordance with RNA procedures and policies and ensures that the team is doing the same
· Comply with requests for reporting as required
· Manage and ensure all VM policies and procedures are followed in accordance with HQ and VM manager requests and guidelines
Responsible for Continuous Client Acquisition and Client Development
· Ensure that associates are continuing to develop new relationships and hitting their KPI’s for client acquisition and client development
· Maintain VIP relationships and work with the corporate team to help build and engender these clients
· Work with associates ensuring that they are using the CRM tools at their disposal
· Develop loyalty by taking the client through our customer journeys
· Travel with clients to events and trips to the manufacture when appropriate
Develops and Maintains Relationships with the Community and with the Boutique’s Business Centers
· The Asst Manager should help to engender good relationships within the community (including Corporate Partnerships)
· Provide feedback regarding competition and an understanding of traffic
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
· 5-7 years of management, preferred in luxury retail.
· Exhibits critical thinking skills and is strong in solution oriented.
· Having a “team player” spirit and the ability to work well within a group/team dynamic.
· Autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Must be flexible to change and adaptiveness in work responsibilities.
· Excellent communication skills and other foreign language is highly appreciated.
· Proficiency with MS Office software required, proficiency with SAP preferred.
· Availability and flexibility to work: days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings, to meet the needs of the business.

Expected Salary Range: $ 70,000 to $ 80,000
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
