We are looking for an Ambassador Client Relations Centre  (m/w/d) part time from 01.09.2020

 

As Client Relations Centre Ambassador, you are the central point of contact for all customers of the Client Relations Centre Europe (CRC). The CRC focusses on Sales and Customer Service.

 

Main Tasks:

·  Assisting E-Commerce and Customer Service Clients by phone and e-mail in German and English,  part time.
·  Recognizing and strengthening customers’ interest in purchasing, converting their interest into phone orders.
·  Generating additional sales and increasing the average basket by cross-selling, up-selling, etc.
·  Accurate entry of phone orders, promotions, returns, cancellations and refunds etc. in the internal systems.
·  Supporting customers by phone entering online orders.
·  Independent handling of customer requests for repair status, price, logistics and technical explanations.
·  Complaint management
·  Monitoring delivery times; Collaboration with the distribution centre regarding availability and delivery dates
·  Check of creditworthiness of online customers and manual validation of all online orders to ensure reliable fraud prevention.

 

Requirements:

·  University degree, training in retail or comparable education
·  Excellent knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) required.
·  A third language (French, Italian and Spanisch) is an advantage.
· 
Excellent verbal and written communication.

·  Professional experience in a high quality Customer Service or Call Center, ideally experience in phone sales.
·  Sales experience  / contact with customers in retail is an advantage
·  Stylish appearance and positive attitude; pleasant voice and ability to speak in a manner that is appropriate for customers of luxury goods.
·  Strong Customer Service focus
·  Basic knowledge of MS Office is required; knowledge of SAP is preferred.
·  Enthusiasm and dedication to represent Montblanc as an ambassador
·  Flexibility and strong resilience in stressful situations
·  Willingness to work  occasional Saturdays and bank holidays.
