HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Project & Change Lead to steer the final phase of our Workday implementation, with go-live scheduled for December 1st, 2025.
This interim role is designed to ensure the coordination of the project and the successful adoption of Workday across the organization in Switzerland. It covers change management, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and post-go-live support, but does not include team management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the HRIS project activities at local level – Workday implementation, ensuring alignment with the Global deployment plan.
· Lead the change management efforts (communication plans, training sessions, stakeholder alignment if needed) for our Payroll and HR community.
· Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover activities in preparation for go-live; Ensure payroll continuity once the go-live is done, without loss or degradation of service for our CH employees.
· Serve as the main point of contact between HR and Workday implementation partners during the transition period.
· Prepare and oversee post-go-live activities: user support, documentation, feedback collection, and stabilization follow-up.
· Ensure a smooth onboarding of end-users and drive adoption and engagement with the new system.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
· Strong experience in project coordination.
· Proven track record in change management and stakeholder communication within HR environments.
· Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach.
· Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in a matrix organization.
· Fluent in both English and French.
· Experience in international, multicultural environments is highly appreciated.
