Job Description

The job-holder will be responsible for assisting the CRM Manager and the CRM Specialist in developing and implementing the Loyalty dashboards and CRM strategy. They will contribute to the delivery of the CRM/CX strategy, acting as a champion for the customer and helping to develop an omni-channel customer experience.

What will you do:

·  Support the development and progression of the overall CRM strategy.
·  Update the Renewal dashboards and slide decks.
·  Submitting monthly retention reporting to Head Office
·  Collating monthly CRM update to the Manufacturers
·  Creation and distribution of weekly dashboards
·  Compiling and preparing business update presentations
·  Providing CRM analysis for objective setting
·  Support the CRM Manager in building loyalty campaigns.
·  Supporting the collation of data for CRM campaign launches.
·  Analyse data to provide CRM insight and refine marketing campaigns.
·  Monitor the CRM mailbox, and address questions and requests.
·  Support other ad hoc tasks and projects relevant to the role as and when they arise.

·  Analytical mindset
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (confident in Excel)
·  Ability to analyse and present information clearly and succinctly
·  Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
·  Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the business
·  Enthusiastic and able to work independently, using own initiative
·  Customer centric approach, able to manage stakeholder expectations
