Job Description

MISIÓN:

Satisfacer las necesidades de compra de la empresa a través de un servicio optimizado y oferta de productos.

FUNCIONES/RESPONSABILIDADES:

·  Planificar y definir las acciones necesarias por proveedor dentro del perímetro asignado.
·  Ejecutar y realizar seguimiento a los planes de acción presentados durante la creación del presupuesto.
·  Realizar la negociación de los contratos u órdenes de compra del perímetro asignado.
·  Conocer a profundidad los requerimientos y/o los contratos del perímetro.
·  Verificar que los reportes de resultados dados por control gestión estén en línea con las negociaciones realizadas.
·  Verificar la actualización de la información de los diferentes contratos en las diferentes herramientas utilizadas por el área.
·  Identificar y desarrollar proveedores potenciales.

 

EXPERIENCIA:

Mas de 3 años de experiencia laboral en áreas de compras y/o afines.

 

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA:

Administración de negocios, Ingeniería y/o afines.

 

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS:

·       Dominio de inglés, deseable portugués o francés

·       Herramientas ofimáticas

·       General en SAP

·       Básico en finanzas
