Job Description

Reporting MIS for all functions of GBS

Support quality leader in initiatives and other activities

Involve in Configuration management

Analyzing, develop and publish various macros which are beneficial for Operations using VBA, SQL, web designing, RPA

Develop trackers for operations to track daily productivity and report the same

Should be able to automate MIS reporting once it is streamline

Report VP on urgent basis with required data

MIS reporting to be prepared and reported / published on daily basis
