Additional Information

Influence the visual proposition and drive standards across the store
•Coach and train VM Store team in the delivery of windows and in store VM principles
•Support the Store Manager in the delivery of Retail Initiatives
•Manage the implementation of company VM guidelines set through Power of VM programme and Store of Excellence
•Perform regular competitor shops to support team in managing trends
•Monitor effectiveness of VM displays and identify and drive commercial opportunities across the store
