You’ll take the lead in understanding our customers, bringing your team’s natural passion for great service to the surface and making sure every customer experience is perfect. Driving sales, keeping stock levels in line with customer demand, making sure displays grab the attention and fostering a hardworking but fun environment in which your team members remain fully engaged, will all be part of your role.

It’s not for the faint-hearted. You’ll be calling on all your retail experience. And you’ll be using your fantastic communication, networking and visual merchandising skills – and of course your commercial brain – every single day.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
·  4 years store-based retail management experience
· 2 years fashion value retail experience
· 4 years team leadership experience
