We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join the Retail Recruitment Team here at Primark on a 12 month FTC. 
You’ll be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle of Retail Management roles in the ‘North Region’ (Manchester, Leeds, York…north) so this person needs to be based north of (and including) Birmingham. 
The role will involve travel across the region together with regular trips to Birmingham, and our Support Centres in Reading and Dublin.     
You’ll develop strong attraction strategies; you’ll source and headhunt; you’ll arrange and facilitate assessment centres and interviews and all the while you’ll ensure we bring in the best available talent to the business and showcase the brand as an employer of choice. 
You will ideally have a retail recruitment / hospitality recruitment background, with proven experience of bringing exceptional talent into a business at pace whilst dealing with a high volume of roles. 
You’ll have a natural ability for building and maintaining effecting relationships across your ‘customer’ base, communicating regularly and effectively and finally you’ll have that natural gravitas and confidence that enables you to lead assessments and challenge appropriately.
