What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support an increase in recruitment activity within our Corporate Head Functions.
You will be joining a talented and vibrant Recruitment Team to provide administrative assistance and help maintain an engaging candidate experience.  If you have experience and are interested in progressing your career within Recruitment we’d like to hear from you.

The role;

·  Be a Brand Ambassador for the Dublin Talent Acquisition Team.
·  Support multiple hiring managers and recruiters with creating innovative job descriptions, job ads and support with development of new and interesting recruitment strategies
·  Work with Recruiter to, assess and select the best candidates for Primark
·  Support with the full 360 Recruitment lifecycle
·  Assist in developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs across many departments such as IT, Finance, Buying & HR.
·  Support and facilitate large volume assessment days as well as career events, internal & external
·  Be a recruitment systems expert! We use Brassring & Workday
·  Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
·  Help facilitate candidate experience surveys and analyse feedback
