40 hours per week with the requirement to work weekends & weekday evenings as & when required.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the People & Culture (HR) team and support the Newcastle Primark store; delivering effective people management and support in order to drive sales, increase profitability and most importantly, deliver excellent customer service.
Working as part of a small team, we are looking to recruit an individual to deliver on all aspects of HR such as recruitment & induction, employee relations including attendance management & misconduct, payroll, retail & HR training & relevant HR projects, thereby supporting the effective delivery of people support in store.
Applicants should have a genuine interest in HR, CIPD qualified is desirable, with exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage & interact with people of all levels, competent IT skills & the ability to plan & organise effectively.
This role would ideally suit an HR graduate looking for the first position in HR, to gain understanding, knowledge and experience in order to develop their HR career further.
For internal candidates - an excellent standard of timekeeping and attendance, with no live misconduct warnings are a pre-requisite for applying.
