SUPERVISOR WITH HR RESPONSIBILITIES.

Key Responsibilities include:
·  Support the recruitment and induction process of retail assistants in accordance to company policy and compliance with employment legislation.
·  Ensure all HR files and records are kept up to date to include absence monitoring, probationary reviews, reference, and right to work documentation and training records.
·  Support ER with disciplinary and grievance procedures
·  Co-ordination and support of training and development plans in conjunction with the HR team.
·  General administration duties such as data entry, filing and responding to queries from both management and staff. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills both written and verbal, will have thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Ideally hold or be working towards a Human Resources related qualification or have experience working in a Human Resources department and have a working knowledge of UK employment Law.

Exciting position available to work in our People & Culture Office based in our flagship stores on Oxford Street

The suitable candidate would be working 40 hours on on rota basis of any 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 07:30 am -19:30 pm (8 hours per day)

Must be able to work public holidays 40 hours per week including weekends

Should have HR experience or working towards a HR qualification
