HR Supervisor
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to join our store as a P&C supervisor based within the P&C department.
Duties of the role will include;
· Payroll related administration & assisting with employee pay queries
· Updating and maintaining the P&C database and related systems.
· Monitoring employee attendance and timekeeping
· Note taking for employee relations matters
· Assisting with the rollout of training, inductions and associated paperwork
· Obtaining references for new employees
· Filing & Shredding
· Maintaining and auditing Personnel Files
· Answering employee & Managers queries via phone, email and in person
· Updating store notice boards and facilitate employee communication channels
· Facilitating employees in booking annual leave. As a P&C supervisor based with the P&C department, there are 8 main things that you need to succeed in our business:

4. Be able to give clear direction
5. Good organisational skills
6. Be able to keep deadlines
7. have attention to details
8. Have strong admin skills in word, excel and e-mail
The successful candidate will be flexible to work on Bank Holidays as and when required. Previous experience based within an administration environment is desirable, however full training will be given.
