We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with the right attitude to join our store as an Operations Assistant; Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week!

In this role you will:
·  Be responsible for the compliance of all Health and Safety in store.
·  Need to carry out daily, weekly and monthly checks such as escalator start up checks, fire extinguisher, footstools and more.
·  Be responsible for liaising on a daily basis with the management team, visitors and contractors.
·  Be required to communicate with auditors and assist them whilst in store.  
As an operations assistant you will report directly to the Store manager but will liaise with the rest of our management and security team on a daily basis.

For this procedural role there are 3 main aspects that we are looking for in a person; great organisational skills as you will be dealing with different types of jobs and paperwork. Fantastic punctuality and strong time management, to be able to complete required jobs effectively and in a sufficient time. To be confident and communicative as you will be dealing with many visitors and contractors that come into store.
