Getting started as a sales employee at Primark ..
- With us it's all about Customer Promise! The customer is central to the store at all times. Your contribution is to make the shop expierence complete for the customer.
- Variation in tasks, working at Primark is varied. With us everyone receives cash registers, floor and fitting room training, so that you can be used all round.
- You ensure that your department is replenished at all times. Is a product not in stock? Then you are able to offer an alternative.
- Together with your colleagues you ensure that the store looks good for the customer.

A working day at Primark as a full-time sales employee (38 hours a week).
Consists of varying tasks:
If you work the morning shift, you start the day with the delivery that must be unpacked and placed in the store. If the store is open then you are also helping customers when they ask. During your shift it is possible that you will be in different departments, floors, cash registers or fitting rooms. We support each other where necessary in the workplace, regardless of which department you are scheduled for.
If you work the afternoon-evening shift, the focus is on the customer and on recovering from the shop floor. For example, t-shirt tables neatly and walk out fitting room. For the evening shift it is all about preparing the store for the opening for the next day.
