 As an Employee Relations Manager on our store P&C team (P&C is what we call Human Resources), your role is all about our employees. Although your focus will be employee relations, you may be involved in other areas of HR within the store.You’ll be focused on our employee’s successwhile understanding our business.You will build relationships with managers and staff while you coach and influence to better the organization as a whole. You will be involved in many areas of Employee Relations, including:

·  Providing guidance and improving management and P&C capabilities related to effective employee performance management, conflict management, corrective actions, terminations, employment compliance practices and other ER issues
·  Leading investigations and resolution of complaints, ensuring investigations are conducted and written recommendations/findings are developed in an objective and thorough manner
·  Developing, recommending and leading employee relations strategies based on themes, engagement and other metrics
·  Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of company guidelines and relevant legislation to ensure a safe working environment for all
·  Providing timely, accurate direction and information on tools and resources for managers and employees  

You have three or more years of HRBP or ER experience, inclusive of conducting and managing investigations. You will have an understanding of state and federal employment laws and best practices. You’ll also be expected to work a flexible schedule within our retail environment and have the ability to travel between stores.  Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
