In Store Experience Digital Designer

Be responsible for preparing and designing digital content to support the ISE programme.
You will be required to work closely with the ISE project team ensuing that all learning materials produced reflect the needs of the end user and challenge where necessary. You will review and design L&D materials that are legally compliant, accurate, to brand standard and reflective of the design principles and you will be the champion for the latest developments in learning practice.

·  Designing digital learning content and experiences for use on digital leaning platform according to In Store Experience project needs
·  Leveraging all elements of digital learning platform for optimum design to meet learner and project needs (e.g. gamification, competency assessments)
·  Collaborating with other content or content providers to deliver amazing Primark learning experiences
·  Working within and maintaining brand standards for any digital learning content; bringing Primark tone of voice to life through platform
·  Contribute to the development of Primark’s digital learning strategy and deployment
·  Using specialist knowledge and information to diagnose and resolve technical problems within agreed parameters, escalating where appropriate
·  Providing specialist advice or training to colleagues in order to provide them with the information and/or understanding they need
·  Providing specialist support to the ISE programme to aid in the achievement of agreed objectives
·  Working effectively with any third party suppliers engaged, and providing guidance, support and challenge to ensure success
·  Collaboration with colleagues across all Primark markets ensuring they understand the digital learning output  

We are looking for;
·  Deep knowledge of L&D and instructional design, ideally across international markets
·  Experience in learning management systems and / or digital learning platforms (preferably CKLS & Mohive)
·  Experience in designing digital and  / or e-learning modules and related software
·  Exposure to learner marketing strategies aligned to business goals
·  Detail oriented, with well-developed editorial skills and a retail focused, pragmatic approach  
·  Possess a continuous improvement mind-set and have the ability to design new and improve existing content
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
·  Ability to manage own workload and multiple priorities
·  Proficient with MS Office suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
