We are looking for an experienced Visual Manager who has previously been part of a large team and has a proven track record of achieving success and delivering an outstanding customer experience, there is no such thing as a typical day as a VM Manager with Primark, every day brings new challenges where you will put your VM skills and experience to the test.

Up to 100 new lines arrive every day and with 160,000 sq. ft. and five floors to oversee you’ll have the freedom to use your creative skills to maximise commerciality and create inspirational looks on the sales floor and windows to drive and increase sales.

Working with the Store and VM team you will be responsible for ensuring that the store looks amazing and inspiring at all times, you will analyse sales reports to make sure we have the right product in the right place at the right time and always displayed in the right way. 

Training and coaching the store colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience will be an integral part of the role.

Multi-tasking will be second nature to you and you’ll have no problem communicating at all levels, the pace at which we work which is fast – faster than any other retailer and this will never be an issue for you plus you’ll have  a great team to work with.
