Your mission
Purpose of the Position
The Head of Data & Business Intelligence for BUI International plays a key role in driving a data-driven business culture within the IBU. The position acts as a strategic business partner, ensuring that data, insights, and analytics are effectively leveraged to support decision-making, performance management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnering & Insights (Core Priority)
· Act as a true business partner and provide business insights and analyses that help drive the business and activate action plans.
· Data owners : facilitate data availability and visibility to management through the right dashboards, cockpits, scorecareds etc so that the teams can better understand and track their KPIs and performance.
· Train and educate IBU teams on how to access and leverage all data points available. Act as change manager and ambassador of the data driven approach in the IBU. Acculturation.
· Be the IBU SPOC for the Global Data department in regard to Data topics and AI topics.
2. Data Ownership, Performance Tracking & Dashboards (Core Priority)
· Act as data owner for IBU-related data domains.
· Ensure data availability, reliability, and visibility for management and business teams.
· Design, develop, and maintain relevant dashboards, cockpits, and scorecards.
· Enable teams to clearly understand, monitor, and track KPIs and performance across markets and functions.
· Ensure consistency of metrics and alignment with global standards.
· Additional Responsibilities (Secondary)
3. Data Culture, Training & Change Management
· Train and educate IBU teams on how to access, understand, and leverage available data.
· Act as a change manager and ambassador for a data-driven mindset within the IBU.
· Drive data literacy and acculturation, supporting adoption of new tools and ways of working.
4. Interface with Global Data & AI Teams
· Act as the IBU Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Global Data Department.
· Coordinate on all data-related and AI-related topics, ensuring alignment between global initiatives and IBU needs.
· Contribute to the deployment and adoption of global data and AI solutions within the IBU.
· Profile & Experience
· Proven experience in Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Performance Management, ideally in an international and complex environment.
· Strong ability to bridge business and data, with a clear focus on value creation and impact.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with senior management exposure.

· Confirmed experience in Data/BI project management and international environments.
· Good understanding of information systems, management control, and performance monitoring
· Knowledge of operational organizations is appreciated.
