Your mission

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Pierre Fabre Finland is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to help identify growth opportunities in pharmacies, chains and e-retailers for the three brands we market in Finland: Avène, A-Derma and Ducray.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage the full portfolio of clients and chains, defining and implementing a tailored sales strategy for each distribution channel and target segment, and ensuring delivery of revenue growth and P&L performance for every client.

A LITTLE MORE DETAIL ABOUT THE JOB

·  Develop, negotiate, and secure annual campaign plans with key accounts, pharmacy chains and e-retailers, and ensure flawless execution in collaboration with marketing, sales team and support functions.
·  Define and implement the commercial levers required to drive sell-out performance and expand market share, including commercial conditions, joint marketing initiatives, promotional plans, and distribution strategies.
·  Lead and manage all commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring sustainable, value-creating partnerships.
·  Drive and coordinate initiatives that increase brand awareness and strengthen brand visibility with customers.
·  Establish and validate the annual sales budget for each brand and ensure adherence throughout the year
·  Analyze and interpret key performance data (IQVIA, sell-in, sell-out, and internal KPIs) to optimize sales activities and guide decision-making with key accounts
·  Lead and manage all commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring sustainable, value-creating partnerships

You will be part of a commercial team of 9 people and will report to the Finnish Country Manager.

·  Deep understanding of the pharmacy environment, including competitors, chains, and client dynamics (minimum 2 years of experience)
·  Strong negotiation skills with proven record of transformative achievements in competitive environment.

·  Analytical strength, with confidence in working with numbers, reports, market data, and sell-in/sell-out insights

·  Fluent in Finnish and English – both in writing and verbally.
