Your role

You will be joining the IT Digital Workplace team. As working student, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of internal communication in collaboration with our entire organization. You will manage a variety of projects by working closely with different team members. You will support with preparation of the agenda, content, minutes, and follow-up on actions items of meetings. Furthermore, with the support of communication lead you will handle department communication aspects (e.g., Newsletters, presentations, standardize communication templates).

 

Who you are:

• Current Bachelor or Master student in Journalism, PR, Digital Communications, Media/Communications Management

• Experience in working with distributed teams & stakeholder management

• Excellent communication skills in fluent Englisch

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft tools; open to learn internal digital platforms/tools

• Light graphic design skills
