We offer 6/12 months internships within Performance & Excellence department of Merck Serono, Corsier-sur-Vevey (Biotech Development Center).

The Merck Biotech Development Center is located in Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland, next to our biotech manufacturing site. Merck Biotech Development Center will build an additional bridge between research and manufacturing and help secure capacity and agility to deliver biotech clinical trial material on accelerating timelines and address the increasing manufacturing complexity of the new generations of compounds in our pipeline leveraging technologies of the future such as continuous manufacturing.

 

As an intern in Performance & Excellence department, you will assist the Facility Project Leader in implementing the soft facilities services for our new Biotech Development Center, in order to create a pleasant, healthy and safe working environment.

 

Your missions will be:

·  To assist the Project Leader in the setup of the site Facility services: working environment, waste management, cleaning, reception services, event, gowning, pest control
·  To be involved in the definition of facilities related strategies in order to ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental sustainability strategies for the site
·  To support the writing of the procedures and associated learning plan
·  Develop a maintenance strategy that enables sites to achieve operational goals in accordance with defined KPI's.  

 

Your profile:

A relevant diploma in Facility services

Knowledge in Biotechnological sciences and Project Management are a plus

Good skill in writing reporting

Self managed and team oriented  

Fluently spoken and written English and French

Good editorial and communication skills

Curious, autonomous
