Internship - Operational Excellence

Internship duration: 6 months

Internship location: Aubonne, Switzerland

 

Your role:

We offer 6-month internships for operational excellence within the packaging department on our site in Aubonne, Switzerland.

You will be working with our team of operational excellence, supervisors and operators to improve the efficiency of our packaging lines.

As intern you will be dedicated to a specific packaging line or a specific packaging process. You will be attached to the team of operators and the relevant supervisor, and you will spend your time to observe, participate, question, analyze and challenge the operations to improve the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the line.

Your challenge will be to deliver OEE improvement before the end of your internship. This will require a lean mindset, data driven and analytical skills as well as the courage to challenge well established procedures and habits.

Please note that only candidates currently undertaking their studies are eligible for an intern position. An Internship Agreement will have to be issued by your school. Only applicants fulfilling this criterion will be considered.
