Your role:
Within our Life Science Services (LSS) business, we provide various CDMO and contract testing services: from development of cell lines to commercial production of antibody drug conjugates. From enabling small biotechs in novel fields like CGT/mRNA to working with the world’s largest pharma players.
We are offering a challenging & diversified internship in the LSS Business Performance team where you will directly support senior team members to solve critical business questions and improve commercial/operational business processes. You can expect an inclusive & international team environment committed to mentoring and on the job training.
Your main tasks will include supporting internal performance improvement projects and business analytics. Depending on the project, you will join in various project phases from analysis and concept development to implementation. Apart from strengthening your analytical and project management skills, this role will provide you with great insights to Life Science and the CDMO industry.
Who you are:
• Advanced student (MSc or PhD) of either business admin., economics or natural sciences incl. business knowledge with strong academic performance
• First practical experience (prof. experience/ prev. internships, preferably in consulting/business performance) & strong interest in business processes/ performance improvement
• Candidates must have a demonstrated interest in business through coursework or prof. experience/ internships
• Strong analytical, organizational & interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
